Placing an order as a NEW CUSTOMER

1. SHOP	Use the order buttons to add to cart.
2. ADD SHIPPING	Add your shipping by using the Choose Location drop down menu.
3. CUSTOMIZE	Click the Customize Order button. Then follow instructions 3a or 3B below.
	3a. If you do NOT have your own logo to provide: You will need to choose a font and graphic from our selection. Click the green "New Customer" button. Then fill out the form.
	3b. If you need to upload your OWN logo: Click the red "New Customer" button. Then fill out the form. You will be able to upload your logo directly to the form.
4. Click REVIEW & CONTINUE	Then either approve your customization, change it, or keep shopping. If you keep shopping the form will stay filled in.
5. Click PAY NOW	You will be taken to the payment screen where you can pay with a credit card or with PayPal. You do not have to have a PayPal account to check out with PayPal!

Returning Customers, use these directions

** INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS **
We can take some international credit cards ourselves, but not all. If you have trouble paying by credit card on our site, we encourage you to check out with PayPal. You do NOT have to have a PayPal account. You simply use them for checkout. PayPal accepts every credit card, no matter where it was issued.

*We are required by law to reveal the contents of international packages and to state the full value of the shipment. You may be charged a customs fee when you receive your order. These are charges set by your country, and Dolphin Bead Designs is not responsible for them and cannot provide estimates as to what the charges may be. You may wish to contact your local customs office for further information.
